WisRef is proud to use Ref Insight as our soccer referee assigning platform. We were among the first to adopt their updated system two years ago, and the experience has been excellent. Before making the transition, we surveyed our assignors—as well as both seasoned and newer referees—to understand their needs and expectations from an assigning platform. We also considered the functional requirements set by the State Referee Committee, which oversees the platform administration. Ref Insight took the time to listen carefully, understand our feedback, and respond thoughtfully. Since then, they have continued to enhance the platform, improving both usability and functionality for all user roles.
